The one hour therapy sessions provide insight into your own patterns, limiting beliefs and conditioning that are in the way of becoming the most stress resilient version of yourself.
You’ll get access to the 11 part video series that you will use to learn the theory behind stress management, emotional resilience and burn-out prevention.
Each video contains one or more supporting documents and assignments that will help you put the theory into practice. On a bi-weekly basis we’ll go over these exercises together and discuss them. By understanding and rewriting your belief system you are unlocking your potential to change the way you think, act and interact with your environment. This course is not only a way to recover from- or prevent burnout, it is something that you will use for the rest of life.

• Analyze your personality and discover how to tweak the traits for optimal performance and personal growth.
• Use exercise and nature to boost your energy levels and help you, release your stress, become strong and build up your stress resilience.
• Analyze your social dynamics. Which roles do you play in groups or at work? How is this serving you and how is it blocking you from personal growth.
• Define and set your boundaries, what are they and how do you make sure the world around you respects them.
• Raise your stress and emotional resilience by regulating your stress and emotions independently using the breath, body awareness and various other techniques.
• Transform your limiting beliefs into helping thoughts that will help you let go of blockages and limitations that you no longer need.
• Work with all different parts of yourself, the child, the grown up and the parent and merge them into a stable adult that understands what it needs and knows what it wants.
• Use the Winning Triangle Technique in working with conflicts or difficult relationships with co-workers, partners, children or friends.
• Analyze your coping style, what do you do in case of stress or adversity? Design a coping style that supports your emotional resilience and that works like a protective shield in difficult times.
• Design your own relapse prevention plan and integrate all the insights and wisdom that you’ve collected along the way.
