This unique masterclass contains all possible coping styles on how to deal with any circumstance, adversity, traumatic event or stress. We’ll work with a toolkit containing all possible psychological coping styles. The content of this unique masterclass is decided by what the participants bring into the webinar.
Participants get to ask a burning question or bring in a case study that they would like help with. During this 2 hour workmasterclass we will dive into the details of the case studies that are presented. We’ll take out of the toolkit whatever coping style we need to better deal with the problems or challenges that are raised.
Since 2019 I have been teaching guest lectures at the VU University in cooperation with Killian Wawoe. I speak about my experiences as a stress and burnout specialist, an EMDR therapist and psychosocial therapist in training. I share how Stress and Burnout are windows of opportunity for positive change and transformation and I share the case studies to support this view.
